The annual Track Improvement Fundraiser auction will be March 10th.
The track paving fund is steadily increasing, but has a ways to go.
If you have items for auction consignment or donated, call 350-0733 All items are greatly apprecated.
There will be automobiles, oil, tools, tires, metal art, appliances, etc.
Too many items to list, you have to come and see for yourself.

1973 Plymouth Satelite, all steel - 440 bored to 451. HAS TITLE 1050 Dominator, MSD ign, rev limiter, delay box, 727 trans, manual valve body w/reverse shift pattern, trans brake and Turbo Action air shifter, transmission is new. Back halved with coil over 4 link, narrowed Dana 60 - 4.88 gears, full spool, Strange axles, slicks 14" wide. Ran a best of 11.70 in Lewistown, 11 flat at Denver. Dynoed at 607 hp.
1963 Plymouth Belvedere Wagon NO TITLE Rebuilt front end with disc brakes, new 383 bored to 388 with all good parts-not even broke in, new Holley carb, fuel cell, electric pump, new 727 trans w/manual valve body, Turbo Action shifter, new converter, line lock, 8 3/4 posi, gear ratio 3.91, stock axles, aluminum radiator, Moroso electric water pump, electric fan, all Mopar gauges. Never raced with this power train, needs broke in.

PIT STALLS 2011 - PIT STALLS HAVE BEEN ADDED (2010) NEAR THE RETURN ROAD. If you want the pit stall you had last year, get payment to Joe Stapleton before MAY 1.
After that they will be open to everyone. Pit stalls - $50/yr. Pit stall list 2011 - -coming
FOR A WEEKEND - If pit stalls are available, $20 per weekend.

VIDEO EARLY 1960'S LEWISTOWN DRAG RACES– Woody Woodford has put together a video from 8mm home movies taken by (young at the time) Rod Richards in about 1965 using his parents movie camera. It is typical 8mm home movie, short, jerky, under/over exposed, out of focus scenes. However Woody did manage to capture, digitize and edit some of it with reasonable results (compared to the original) Thanks Woody VIDEO
